give the massage therapist knowledge of aromatherapy in a general way
highlighted with specific information they can immediately integrate into
their day-to-day practice. With this in mind, the course will focus heavily
on the muscular and relaxation uses of essential oils as well as important
contraindication information. A course outline and printed handouts, as well as
additional reference materials will be available and it will be
recommended that the massage therapist integrate this information into
their "professional library" as part of their practice. APPLIED AROMATHERAPY
FOR THE MASSAGE PROFESSIONAL will give the massage therapist enough information and hands-on practice to explore their options and to
actually get started right away with complete synergies they formulate as
part of the class work. It will also serve as a springboard for those
seeking to study aromatherapy as a separate modality.
