ACT - Upper Crossed Syndrome

Overview:

This course will provide a unique view of Upper Crossed Syndrome and the importance of proper posture.  It will increase your knowledge on the etiology and treatment of Upper Crossed Syndrome, as well as how to market the condition to your clients and other healthcare practitioners.  At the conclusion of the class, you will be able to perform a postural analysis, understand the etiology and proper treatment (including massage, stretching and strengthening exercises) of Upper Crossed Syndrome.  You will also be able to formulate a treatment plan that will answer all of your client’s questions!
