The staff at NYIM comes from a variety of backgrounds. They all strive to bring the best possible service to our students.
Diane Dinsmore, RN, Director,Diane has served as official Director of NYIM since 2000. Prior to this post she was Assistant Director. She has been involved with the school and its curriculum since its inception. She taught Science classes at NYIM and at the Florida Academy of Massage. Diane is a Registered Nurse with experience in physical rehabilitation, alcohol & drug counseling/mental health field. She is involved in the continuing program development and daily operations of NYIM. 1994
Mark Ersing, D.C., LMT, Education Director, is a 1997 graduate of NYIM and a 2002 graduate of the New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Ersing has his Associates in Biological Sciences from Niagara County Community College. Dr. Ersing is a Science instructor at NYIM. 2004
Ed Doruszewski, Comptroller, is a graduate of Bryant & Stratton Business Institute. Ed has 26 years of experience in Accounting, Human Resources and Office management. He is also a Licensed Notary Public. 2008
Wilhelmina Pilarz, Admissions Representative has anAssociates Degree in Food Service Administration and is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from Erie Community College. Wilhelmina has over 35 years experience co-owning a family business resulting in sales and bookkeeping experience. 2009
Ruth Ronin, Administration/Education Assistant, has 24 years office and administration experience. Ruth coordinates the daily operations of NYIM’s education department, as well as maintaining the policies, procedures, and various forms at NYIM. 1995
Lisa Rosati, Lisa has an AAS in Business Administration from Niagara County Community College and a BBA in Business Administration from Medaille College. She is a member of NYSFAAA (NYS Financial Aid Administers Association) and is a licensed Notary Public with 5 years of Financial Aid experience. 2008
Robert Schott, MS, Operations Manager,is a former NY Telephone, Lucent and AT&T technology manager, with 27 years experience in software & hardware. Bob coordinates all NYIM’s student and administrative computing programs, along with overseeing daily operations at NYIM. 1999
