Piriformis Syndrome: Assessment & TreatmentSessions: Overview:Class Name: Piriformis Syndrome: Assessment & Treatment Class Description: This course will review the anatomy and physiology of the piriformis muscle. Students will learn palpation and assessment of the piriformis muscle as well as how to identity piriformis syndrome. Students will also learn massage therapy techniques to treat this muscle and home exercises. Students will engage in a hands-on portion of the course where they will perform each technique.

She has advanced training in Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release. She is also currently working on her MBA. Rachel is a Science Instructor and the Job Placement Coordinator and at NYIM.
