Class Description:

This course will cover the causes and signs & symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis.  The anatomy of the foot and gait cycle will also be discussed.  The student will also learn stretches and strengthening exercises to properly treat the condition.  A great class for anyone who treats the feet!
