Class Name:  Plantar Fasciitis

Class Description  This course will cover the most common conditions that affect the foot including Plantar Fasciitis, Turf Toe, Heel Spurs and more!  You will learn how to properly evaluate the foot and ankle area, including a gait analysis.  You will learn how to properly treat each condition discussed via massage, stretching and strengthening exercises! Each student will receive a booklet with each stretch and strengthening exercise clearly explained. This is the perfect class for any massage therapist looking to enhance their skills when treating the foot!

Instructor(s) Biography:  Dr. Fronczak is a 1999 graduate of the New York Chiropractic College.  He also earned a B.S. in Biology from St. John Fisher College. Dr. Fronczak is the A.C.T. Program Coordinator at NYIM.
