The staff at NYIM comes from a variety of backgrounds. They all strive to bring
the best possible service to our students.
Diane Dinsmore, RN, Director, Diane has served as
official Director of NYIM since 2000. Prior to this post she was Assistant
Director. She has been involved with the school and its curriculum since its
inception. She taught Science classes at NYIM and at the Florida Academy of
Massage. Diane is a Registered Nurse with experience in physical rehabilitation,
alcohol & drug counseling/mental health field. She is involved in the continuing
program development and daily operations of NYIM. 1994
Ed Doruszewski, Comptroller, is a graduate of Bryant
& Stratton Business Institute. He has 26 years of experience in Accounting,
Human Resources and Office management and is a Licensed Notary Public. 2008
Frank Sykes, Education Director LMT, A.S is a 2002
graduate of NYIM, Frank has an Associates degree in Interdisciplinary Studies
and an Associates Degree in Sciences from Empire State College. Frank oversees
the education department and teaches massage classes at NYIM. In addition to
teaching, he also practices chair massage at Corporate Wellness in Buffalo, NY.

Paula Ghiandoni, Admissions Representative is a
graduate of Bryant & Stratton Business Institute. She has 28 years of experience
as an administrative assistant, office and facilities manager. Paula also has a
background in sales and customer service. 2006
Susan Hanlon, Administrative/Education Assistant,
Susan is a graduate of NYIM in 2002 and has an Associates in Liberal Arts from
Erie Community College. Susan coordinates the daily operations of NYIM's
education department, as well as maintaining the policies and procedures, and
various forms at NYIM 2008
Lisa Rosati, Financial Aid Officer, Lisa has an AAS
in Business Administration from Niagara County Community College and a BBA in
Business Administration from Medaille College. She is a member of NYSFAAA (NYS
Financial Aid Administers Association) and is a licensed Notary Public with 5
years of Financial Aid experience. 2008
Robert Schott, MS, Operations Manager, is a former
NY Telephone, Lucent and AT&T technology manager, with 22 years experience in
software & hardware. Bob coordinates all NYIM’s student and administrative
computing programs, along with overseeing daily operations at NYIM. 1999
Renee Wieberg, BS, LMT, holds a Bachelors degree in
Health & Wellness. Renee is a 1995 graduate of NYIM. Renee coordinates community
service events at NYIM. She has a practice in Buffalo, NY. 2002
