This course will teach you how to stretch and strengthen the muscles of the pelvis, hip, thigh, leg and foot. You will have a clear understanding of the role that muscle spindles and golgi tendon organs play when stretching a client. You will learn at least one strengthening exercise for each muscle discussed, none of which require any equipment! Each student will receive a booklet with each stretch and strengthening exercise clearly explained. This is primarily a hands-on class, so come prepared to work and be worked on!
