Chakra Therapy

Chakra is a sandscrit word for wheel or spinning disc and represents vital energy centers in the body. The 7 major chakras interconnects with our mental, physical , emotional and spiritual presence. The class will explore the Chakra systems a whole and will highlight major symbols, related elements, colors and minerals/crystals
