Class: Focus Treatment 1 – Low Back

Description: Do you run out of techniques to utilize on the low back? Could you do an hour treatment on the low back alone? This workshop will focus on:

Review Anatomy of Low Back
Discuss prevalence of low back pain in the U.S.
Discuss etiology of low back pain in the U.S.
Examine appropriate treatment for the low back
Discuss the use of range of motion as treatment/outcome
Working with Doctors
Importance of patient education

Other considerations:

– pregnancy
– leg length discrepancy
– closed kinetic chain
– scoliosis
– etc..
