you how to release pain immediately by combining sequences
of functional assessment, myofascial release, NMT,
frictioning techniques, PNF stretching and more.”Lower
Extremities” will cover pelvic stabilization and lower extremity
injuries including plantar fasciaitis, achilles tendonitis,
anterior compartment syndrome, posterior medical shin splints,
anterior lateral shin splints, ankle sprains, hamstring strains,
ITB friction syndrome, chondromalacia, low back pain, hip
