Description: Presented by James Waslaski, author and
international lecturer on chronic pain and sports injuries. You will
learn to release pain immediately by combining sequences of
functional assessment, myofascial release, NMT, frictioning
techniques, PNF stretching and more. “Upper Extremities” will
cover pelvic stabilization, including balancing the
iliopsoas, quadratus lumborum, and the six hip rotators. In addition
cervical pain and upper body conditions including whiplash injuries,
rotator cuff injuries, bicipital tendonitis, thoracic outlet, frozen
shoulder, rhomboid pain, mid and upper back pain, medial and
lateral epicondylitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. This class offers
18 Category (A) CEU’s.
