Class: Yoga
Description: Dao in (cultivating chi) Lung Shen (spirit of
the dragon) exercises originated in the mountains of China and
incorporated kundalini yoga of India and chi kung of the Hua
Shan mountains. These exercises are practiced to open and
move energy through the energy centers (chakras)
and meridians of the body creating energy and vitality. For
3,000 years it has been used to cleanse the body of toxins, heal
illness, release stress, increase vitality and slow the
aging process, as well as build strength, flexibility and grace
promoting overall health and well being. It is considered a
source of great healing power at the physical, mental and
spiritual levels in Chinese medicine.
